All sessions are led by a certified fitness professional and last 60 minutes. Each workout begins with a gentle warm-up, moves into a strength-building segment, and finishes with cardio to help you feel energized and accomplished.
With small class sizes of just 4–6 people, every workout is customized to your fitness level and personal goals. Whether you’re getting back into exercise after some time away or you’re a seasoned athlete, our training sessions are designed to support and challenge every fitness level in a positive, encouraging environment.
