EMOTM: 15min (5 rounds) 

Min 1: Air Squats 

Min 2: Push Ups 

Min 3: Lateral Shuffle (in whatever space you have)  

Workout #2

EMOTM: 15min (5 rounds) 

Min 1: Step Ups (alternate feet)

Min 2: Plank Step Ups

Min 3: Jump Rope 

Workout #3

EMOTM: 15min (5 rounds) 

Min 1: Walking Luges 

Min 2: Push Up Shoulder Tap

Min 3: Mountain Climbers 

Workout #4 (advanced)

EMOTM: 15min (5 rounds) 

Min 1: Squat Jacks 

Min 2: Pike Push Up

Min 3: Burpee (no push up/ no jump)

Workout #5 (kettlebell)

EMOTM: 15min (5 rounds) 

Min 1: Goblet Squat to lateral Lunge

Min 2: Goblet Strict Press

Min 3: Russian Kb Swing
